OfflineI solved my problem!
I found out that the anologe line from the optical sensor has a lot distortion on it. So it is spiking a lot and sometimes just to much and it will trigger the program.
To temporarly solve this problem I check again after triggering the first time. This way it works like a small filter and it solved my problem.

Offlineya you are right ,
parameter 27 is not affecting reference search mode.
example:
SAP 193,0,2
RFS START, 0
WAIT RFS, 0, 0
but you can change the interrupt trigger behavior
means it is triggered from 0 to 1 or from 1 to 0 right ?
can you also change it for the reference search mode ? …
at the moment the status of my inputs(right and left limit) is 1 when the light barrier is open and changes to 0 when i block it.
can i set it the other way or do i have to resolder my wiring of the sensor ?

OfflineNo, there is definitely not a global parameter for this. The global parameter 27 on bank 3 is for confguring a TMCL interrupt for the left stop input.
Please be sure that you are using the latest version of the TMCL firmware (currently 1.03). Can you please post your TMCL program here as a file so that I can check it better?

OfflineHello,
I set-up a program in TMCL IDE to zero a movement.
The maximum time of zeroing is around 15 seconds. (the furthest distance untill the zero point takes 15 seconds with the given movement speed)
The prorgam I have:
I start this pogram to send the command "start TMCL application" via RS485.
Next I will question every half second the status of the TMCL application. (running or stopped).
The problem is:
Randomly the program jumps out of its comparing loops before it even reaches the zero reference optical slot.
I found out that when I change the "COMP 0" to "COMP 1" and the other one from 1 to 0, it always works. But this is not an option since my optical sensor is always blocked and unblocked at the zero reference point.
I hope my description is bit clear, if not please ask my what I need to clarify.
I hope someone has seen it before.
Kind Regards Bart
